As mentioned earlier, Amberlynn Reid came from a very unstable family and as a child, she witnessed fights and aggressive arguments between her parents who are both drug addicts. By the time she turned eight, her parents were denied legal kinship rights that require Amber and her other siblings to be cared for by foster parents. Subsequently, her baby brother was adopted by a relative, leaving Amber and her older brother in the foster home.
After a year, with her brother in foster care, Amber was separated from him and moved to the children’s home where she remained for a year. When she was twelve, her parents came back to claim her and her brother. They were put through a six-month trial before being granted custody of their children. The track was extended to two years and by then Amberlynn had gone bad, smoking and drinking recklessly. Her parents also resumed their old drug-dealing lifestyle and went their separate ways.
The internet star was then left with no option but to return to children’s homes. After a few years, Amberlynn Reid moved out of the children’s shelter and the cycle of changing homes began so far, where she lives with her friend Becky.
