Nate Jackson and Donna Roberts are waiting on the Death Row waiting for the execution for plotting the murder of the victim.
Donna got appealed three times in the Ohio Supreme court for the death sentence. And each time, the judge has not changed her sentencing and death penalty on her.
As for Nater, he previously went to prison for aggravated burglary and robbery. Roberts got set to get executed on 12 August 2020; however, in 2021, she was still waiting for her death row after re-sentencing.
