Dame Esther Rantzen Partner: Who Is She Dating After Husband Desmond Wilcox Death?
It isn’t clear whether the 81-year-old, Esther Rantzen, is currently dating.
After the death of her husband, Desmond Wilcox, on 6 September 2000, she never really was in a serious relationship.
Nonetheless, she did say that she was on some blind dates in the past years. In 2013, she admitted to seeing a man but never revealed his>Celebrity First Dates restaurant with her date John.
Although Esther says never say never, she probably won’t be in a serious relationship. Whatsmore, she once admitted that she would willingly swap ten years of life for a chance to spend another 10 minutes with her husband.
And, looking at her past relationships, there aren’t many. Before her affair and eventual marriage with Desmond, she briefly dated Nicholas Fairbairn, a Scottish politician, from 1933 to 1995. Her brief relationship came to an end after she found about his marriage.
