David Sanvo and Alison Sweeney (born on September 19, 1976; 46 years old), got married on Saturday, July 8, 2000, at a church wedding held in Los Angeles, California.
The lovers have known each other since they were young kids. David’s father and Alison’s mother were instrumentalists, who played the violin for feature film soundtracks. Regardless of their parents’ closeness, neither David nor Alison had any feelings then.
Later, Alison admitted in an interview that she had had a crush on David since her teenage years, and once pleaded with her mom to help in getting David’s attention. However, they could not further whatever feelings they had for each other as they split paths to pursue their different careers.
In 1997, they met at a party and dated for about three years. Currently, they have two children- one son and one daughter. They had their son, Benjamin Sanvo on February 25, 2005 (17 years old). On January 12, 2009, they had their daughter, Megan Sanvo (14 years old).
Alison and Dave are currently enjoying their 26 years of being together and 23 years of being legally married in Los Angeles. They have a mare (female horse), which they named Molly. Also, they have two doggies, one of which is their daughter’s dog named Basil Sweeney (gray in color), and another dark-colored dog, Bean. They were spotted in Beverly Hills, California during American Humane Association’s 5th Annual Hero Dog Awards on September 19, 2015, showing their love for dogs.
David’s wife, Alison, once revealed that they keep the flame of their marriage alive by hiking, attending concerts, traveling together, and watching their favorite TV series with their family.
