Yeonmi Park was married to her then-American husband, Ezekiel, on January 4, 2017.
It was until they decided to separate ways last year in 2020, breaking the three years of the marital relationship. The news was unveiled by Yeonmi herself via one of her YouTube videos on January 30, 2021.
Nevertheless, the North Korean defector has plenty of pictures of them on her social platforms.
That being said, the reasons behind their separation remain anonymous.
Yeonmi and Ezekiel share a son, James, together with from their three years of married life. James was born on the 18th of March 2018, which makes him 3 years old.
As of now, Yeonmi is living as a single parent with her son.
