How Rich Was the Italian Businessman Leonardo Del Vecchio at the Time of Death?

The Italian newspaper, Corriere Della Sera, was the first one to report the death of Italian entrepreneur, Leonardo Del Vecchio. 

The veteran businessman died on the hospital bed of San Raffaele Hospital in Milan at the age of 87. However, the news article didn’t mention the cause of death.

Presently, the eyewear industry alongside the businessman’s family is mourning the death of the lost one. The obituary notice is in process and is soon expected to release.

Leonardo was a passionate and shy guy, who did not care about the media attention from his friends and family. In 1961, the entrepreneur started a small eyewear workshop that manufactured components for other companies.

His family and wife are busy preparing for the last rituals. Popular personalities from different industries are expected to pay a visit to the ceremony.
