Jay got into mixed martial arts before it started taking off and also did training with Renzo Gracie. He started competing because he loved the energy. Glazer won a world submission fighting championship in Atlantic City.
He decided to go with coaching and created the first mixed martial arts conditioning program for pro athletes. Over the years, they have trained more than 1000 athletes from fighters to NFL players, reports Inside Hook.
Glazer has established a reputation as a successful NFL Insider for FOX Sports. He launched MVP (Merging Vets & Players) in 2015. They work with former professional athletes and combat veterans to transition into their new lives away from the field.
Over the years, Jay has endured several injuries including, herniated C2, C3, C4, and C5.
