Miya Ali seems to respect her father a lot although all of her siblings have given differing views about the boxer’s family life. One of her step-siblings, Muhammad Ali Jr., was said to have been estranged from their father for a long time before his death. Also, her younger and popular half-sister Laila had issues with him over her choice to go into boxing.
Khalilah, another love child Muhammad Ali had while he was still married to Belinda Boyd, in her memoir titled Butterflies and Bees: A Woman’s Search for Her Father, described him as a champion in boxing but not in fatherhood. According to her, she wasn’t happy with her father for abandoning her.
As for Miya, she seems to have gotten quite along with her dad.
