Quentin Tarantino was born into the Catholic faith but revealed that he has never really been a practitioner of the faith and doesn’t know if he believes in God.
Interestingly, the revered filmmaker did not have a lot of formal education. When he was only 15 years old, he dropped out of Narbonne High School in Harbor City for unknown reasons. After that, he worked as an usher at a porn theater in the city of Torrance. This theater was called the Pussycat Theater. He also took acting classes at the James Best Theater Company and it was at this place he made a strong network of future collaborators.
Quentin’s mother was very liberal with her son’s upbringing and reportedly allowed him to see movies that contained adult content. These movies included Carnal Knowledge and Deliverance. His stepfather was also very supportive of his ambition to go into the world of film and often allowed him to attend numerous film screenings and even accompanied him there.
