Meet Singer Eleri Ward as She Is Opening the Tour with Josh Groban
According to the reports, Groban will not be traveling alone. During the tour, he will accompany by the acclaimed New Orleans Preservation Hall Jazz Band, violinist/singer Lucia Micarelli, and singer-songwriter Eleri Ward. Eleri Ward is now the opening act for Josh Groban’s Harmony national tour, which runs until August 2.
While Eleri was performing live shows, Josh Groban was so impressed with Ward that he invited her to open for him on his summer arena tour. Eleri stated in an interview, “I AM BOTH EXCITED AND NERVOUS! It’s a crazy desire of mine to perform in these enormous venues with nothing but my guitar.”
Ward further stated, “But all I want to do is communicate my ideas and emotions, and if I can only reach one audience member, I’ll be content. I’m incredibly appreciative of this opportunity. And I’m grateful for Josh and the next opportunity to learn!”
