Travis’ father, Robert Pastrana, is of Colombian origin but was born in Puerto Rico. As a result, Travis was automatically qualified to represent Puerto Rico in international competitions.
Robert’s brother, Alan Pastrana, was a quarterback at the University of Maryland from 1965 to 1968, where Travis Pastrana also studied.
On occasion, he appeared on his son’s extreme sports show, “Nitro Circus,” as a guest star.
Robert cracked his pelvis after falling out of a moving speedboat during the filming of Season 1.
To remedy the situation, Robert needed to be admitted to the hospital.
Travis also has a family of his own.
He and professional skateboarder Lyn-Z began dating after meeting at the X Games and participating in a promotional event put on by the Zumiez clothing store brand.
He proposed to her during one of his Nitro Circus concerts, and the two were married in October 2011.
On Labor Day, September 2, 2013, Lyn gave birth to a girl named Addy Ruth.
In 2014, she announced that she was expecting another child. Bristol Murphy was born on February 9, 2015.
