Is Bobby Flay Leaving Food Network and Does He Have a Horse in the Kentucky Derby?
As per some online sources, Bobby Flay does not have a horse in the Kentucky Derby. But Food Wine says, Flay has owned high-earning horses; his filly More Than Real won one of the prestigious Breeders’ Cup races in 2010.
Lately, Flay visits Lexington about six times a year to check in on his horses, visit the stud farms where the matchmaking gets done, and supervise the races. And although he has long been a fan of Southern food, becoming part of the racing community in Lexington has heightened his culinary understanding.
Apart from it, Flay is in the limelight as he and his girlfriend Christina Pérez are off to the races. Reportedly, they traveled to Louisville ahead of the Kentucky Derby on Saturday and are eating their way through the city.
