Penny Chang Shaker Heights: Where Is Scott Strothers Now?

Scott Strothers, a convicted killer, will be eligible for parole in January 2022. During the summer, Penny Chang and Scott Strothers collaborated on projects. Strothers wrote about a lovely girl he had admired in his journal.

Penny Chang was the girl in question, but she didn’t care about Scott as much as he did. He constantly called the Chang family after being freed from a hospital, forcing them to discontinue their phone line. Strother, on the other hand, began sending emails shortly after that. One e-mail was 60 pages lengthy, and while Strother didn’t mention his plan to murder Penny right away, if Penny’s father had read any deeper into the e-mails, he would have seen something shocking and disturbing.
