Being born on October 1, 1980, in Stony Brook, New York, Sarah drew is the daughter to Dr. Jeannie Drew( currently a biology teacher at an independent private school for girls in Manhattan) and Rev. Charles Drew. Her brother, who goes by the name Allen Drew, serves as a pastor at Mt. Airy Community Church in Philadelphia and director at Germantown Friends School.
Sarah attended The Stony Brook School in Setauket, New York. After graduating from High School in Setauket, she accepted into the University of Virginia, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in drama in 2002.
