Scott is a graduate of the University of Arizona, Rigsby holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. He offers extensive office and creative space experience, in addition to expertise in the areas of development, design, and space planning.
Before Scott’s career at Industry Partners, he has worked at Lee & Associates/ West Los Angeles, where he served as the Vice President and was responsible for closing over a million square feet of creative office space.
