“Sound Familiar” Where Is Charlie Zelenoff Now? Fans Remember Boxer After Mike Tyson Plane Video
The ‘Bronze Bomber’ flew to Los Angeles to face Charlie Zelenoff, fresh off a victory over Malik Scott in 2014.
The YouTuber had crossed a line when he used racist insults toward Wilder and threatened his daughter, Naieya, who has spina bifida. Deontay Wilder flung Charlie Zelenoff about like a ragdoll when he came to the gym where he was practicing.
Before demolishing Zelenoff, Wilder had him sign a legal agreement agreeing not to sue for any damages, making the battering entirely lawful.
Zelenoff, of course, had no chance against the former WBC heavyweight champion. Deontay subsequently told ESNews that Zelenoff had crossed a line by bringing “racists to the table” and justified his actions.
