Her current husband, David, is a former Major League Baseball catcher from the United States who is now the manager of the Chicago Cubs (MLB). He was a Major League Baseball player for 15 years.
David and his high school sweetheart and now ex-wife, Hyla Ross, had three children in their marriage. The former athlete said their divorce was finalized in February 2020, informing the Chicago Sun-Times that their children reside with Hyla.
Cole was their son, and Landri and Harper were their daughters. Landri, their eldest child, was born in 2007. Furthermore, Cole Ross, the baseball manager’s second child, was born on May 1, 2009, two years after Landri.
Along with Landri and Cole, the former couple welcomed their youngest child, Harper Lynn Ross, on August 26, 2015. Unlike Landri and Cole, David Ross’ former wife experienced issues during her third pregnancy.
David’s baby girl was born two months before her due date. After suffering a partial abruption, pregnant Hyla was transported to the intensive care unit of a Tallahassee hospital for an emergency C-section.
Because of the successful C-section, Cole and Landri’s sister, Harper, was delivered safely. They adore their sister. David Ross’ children are enjoying their childhood together.
