Is Whoopi Goldberg Jewish? Religion and Ethnicity – Religious Beliefs Explored
Whoopi Goldberg’s religion is Christianity.
She was born in New York City to Robert James Johnson Jr., a baptist, and Emma Johnson, a teacher, and nurse. Similarly, she attended a local Catholic School before she joined Washington Irving High School.
Many were curious to know about Goldberg’s religious beliefs and ethnic backgrounds after her controversial comment about the holocaust. Although her comments were not intended to offend anyone, it was not taken lightly by many people.
This might be due to the lack of awareness of how to tackle a sensitive topic such as the Holocaust. Whatever the case, she might have learned a lesson and we are sure we won’t be seeing something like this from her anytime soon.
We hope to update more information as soon as possible.
