Was Missing Robert Hoagland Ever Found? Dead or Alive – Update
No, Robert Hoagland has not been found yet. His whereabouts are unknown even after 8 years and 3 months of his disappearance.
Robert’s wife Lori was on a trip to Turkey with some friends and he disappeared the night before she arrived back home. He left without his wallet or car keys which were later found hidden under a doll on a chair in his bedroom. The two were planning a trip to the Appalachian Trail with their on Max.
Max was struggling with drugs and his family wanted to help him. A few days before his disappearance, two laptops were stolen from Hoagland’s house. Robert believed Max sold them for drugs and apologized to his wife through an email.
The Hoagland family believed Robert went on the hiking trip alone. Family and friends helped distribute the missing flyers and his information was entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System database.
There is no information regarding his whereabouts to date. His family is still hopeful that Hoadgland might return home one day, but the possibility seems unlikely as time passes quickly.
