The eight murderers of Rachel Burkheimer are John Anderson, John Whittaker, Maurice C Rivas, Matthew A. Durham, Nathan T. Lovelace, Yusef Kevin Jihad, Jeffery S. Barth, Tony J. Williams.
All of them were charged with first-degree murders and were between the ages of 16 to 22. However, Yusef was the man who started the Northwest Mafia Diggy and was the oldest member who was 32 years old.
They were charged with kidnapping and conspiracy of kidnapping. John Whittaker was charged equally as Rachel’s boyfriend John Anderson. They were expected to get the death penalty once convicted but that did not happen.
