Lori Arnold married her ex-husband Floyd Stockdall, a local motorcycle rider, in May 1980. Floyd was the former president of the Grim Reapers Motorcycle Club, which was involved in the illegal trafficking of firearms and narcotics.
Lori was a close friend of Floyd’s and helped him carry cocaine into Ottumwa before they married. In January 1981, they welcomed their first child, Josh. They were living in poverty at the time, but in 1985, everything changed. Lori was first exposed to methamphetamine through Floyd’s brother, Mike.
Sadly, Floyd, Lori’s husband, died of a heart attack while confined at Leavenworth Prison in 2004. He was about to be released on parole in a few months.
