Madelene Sagstrom was born to her supportive parents Lena Sagstrom and Per Sagstrom.
Her father and mother have always supported her since the beginning of her career. Besides, she also has a brother named Jesper Sagstrom.
Sagstrom comes from an athletic family, as most of her members had a great interest in sports. Her parents inspired her to play golf. She started learning golf with her parents at Enköping Golf Club at the age of nine.
Further, Sagstrom started playing golf 74 kilometers northeast of Stockholm, Sweden and continued to represent the club.
