Who Is Buddha Lo from Top Chef? Meet the Contestant on Instagram

Buddha Lo from Top Chef hasn’t revealed his age, but it seems like he is in his early 30s or late 20s.

After working for Raymond Capaldi for two years, he decided to move overseas to London and work, putting his CV all over London but with one place in mind.

Lo found his dream job working for Clare Smyth and Matt Abe at 3 star Michelin restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Restaurant on Royal Hospital Road.

After two years in London and winning the Gordon Ramsay Excellence Award, he went on stage across Europe at the Michelin star kitchens in Sweden, Copenhagen, London, and France and returned to Australia.

Buddha has been a guest chef at various events, including the Melbourne Cup and the Australian Open, and was an ambassador for Lavazza and Tabasco chefs.
