Gary Prager is the owner of the property, which was rented by the Da Baby team. It has been reported as per Gary the property was rented for 12 people only, and it was said that the property will be used as a vacation property.

However, this was completely violated as the property was occupied by more than 12 people later. On top of that Gary said that the property was used for the video shoot too, which was not as per the agreement.

All of this led to an altercation and Da Baby ended up beating Gary. It has been reported by TMZ that there was another person named Thankgod who has also been charged along with Baby for a battery charge.

Gary has said that he talked about the clear violation of the agreement with Da Baby, but they did not comply accordingly. This case has attracted the entire nation’s attention.
