Who Is James Duckett Florida Death Row? Teresa Mcabee Murder Wiki and Case Update
James Duckett is currently in jail waiting for the date of his execution.
Even though it has been around 35 years since his conviction, there aren’t any signs of setting his execution date. He was given the death penalty after 14 years of his conviction.
As per reports, there was some ambiguity in the evidence provided against him by an FBI agent. But the jury ruled that it wasn’t enough to keep him out of jail.
Duckett is currently waiting for his execution in the Union Correction Institution at Raiford, Florida.
