Mavourneen Varcoe-Ryan is currently at the age of 63 years old as she was born in 1958 in Killarney Manitoba, Canada.
Mavourneen was drawn to acting from a young age, writing, directing, and acting in her first play when she was 11 years old.
She spent a lot of her childhood pretending to be someone else and acting out other people’s lives in movies. Mavourneen excelled in acting throughout high school and went on to study theatre at the University of Victoria, where she earned a BFA.
She became involved in community theatre, where she won the best actress for her portrayal of Maggie in “Lovers” and best-supporting actress for Joan in “Remembrance” at the British Columbia Zone Theatre Festivals.
