Who Is Tyre Nichols Baby Mother? Meet His Sister Keyana Dixon and Parents
Tyre Deandre Nichols, a 29-year-old Black man with a 4-year-old son, was a photographer with his own website who worked for FedEx.
Nichols grew up in Sacramento, California; in 2020, he relocated to Memphis, Tennessee.
Ben Crump, the family’s lawyer, claimed that Nichols had a thin frame due to Crohn’s disease and weighed only 145 pounds while standing 6 feet 3 inches tall. Also hired by the family is lawyer Antonio Romanucci.
Five of the policemen engaged in the traffic stop were terminated last week after an administrative review determined that they had disobeyed departmental standards, according to a statement from Police Chief C.J. Davis.
Two firemen who helped with Nichols’ initial patient care, according to Memphis Fire Department spokesman Qwanesha Ward, were “relieved of duty” due to an internal inquiry, she said on Monday.
