Why Was Mark Winchell Arrested? Dr Mark Anthony Winchell Charged with Exploiting Minors
Dr. Mark Anthony Winchell was found with proof exploiting minors. He was among the 17 men who were arrested by Lexington County Sherrif.
Mark was found chatting with a minor using explicit texts and images. The Savannah surgeon had attempted dissemination of adult materials to a person Under 18 years of age. He allegedly tried to coerce the minor.
It has not been known since when Mark was conducting such obscene activity. There have been no records of his previous victims. His 20 plus years of service as a surgeon ended due to this crime.
This case has taken back the hospital fraternity, and patients are awaiting a new doctor to fill Mark’s place.
