Zeenat Simjee Joined the Springbok Team in May 2019 as the National Teams Dietician

Zeenat Simjee was born to caring & loving parents in 1995.  She has not, however, disclosed the names of her parents since they choose a low-key way of life and keep their personal information out of the public eye.

But as we know, her family is equally motivated and supported in her professional career. She decided to pursue a career in dietetics because of the influence her mother performed. She wanted to observe a cardiothoracic surgeon in high school, but she was unable to do. Then, she stays in the hospital for a few days to learn what a dietitian in that situation would do.

Each day she feels motivated to learn more about how to pursue this as a career. Later, she applied to three institutions that offered dietetics programs & accepted the one the dietician recommended.
She, therefore, never held back from thanking her mum for her excellent professional career.
